Meet Samira from our St. Clair West location! Samira is a new mommy and new Belly Bootcamper; she joined us for a free trial class with her daughter, Neela, last summer and never looked back. We love her determination and enthusiasm; she's brightened every class she's participated in and we can't wait to see that smiling face doing more squats! Thanks, Samira.

What brought you to BB? How long did you train?

I needed some help getting back into the swing of things! I have been training for 3 months.

What results have you experienced?

More energy, weight loss, stronger shoulders! I am back to my pre-pregnancy weight so I am pretty proud of that!

How do you stay active outside of BB?

Walking with Neela, spinning, and pick up sports games.

What is your #1 fitness goal now?

Gotta get rid of the belly!

Fave healthy food?

Boiled eggs and spoonfuls of almond butter (separately!!).

Fave BB exercise?

The one where we have to do a handful of things on the minute. [We think you mean an "Every Minute On The Minute (EMOM)," Samira!] The quicker you get it done the more rest you get -- it really motivates me!

Exercise you want to punch in the face?

Anything with burpees.

Last splurge food or drink?

A cupcake.
