mommy of the week: noemie p.
Noemie has been training at our Leslieville/Beach, and now Danforth, locations for 8 months. She claims she doesn't have much exercise experience, but her focus - and killer arms & shoulders - suggest otherwise. Thanks for sharing, Noemie!
What brought you to BB? How long did you train?
I found out about BB through the meetup group and tried a free class (www.newtorontomoms.com). I've been training at BB twice per week since January, first indoors, and now I train at Woodbine Park and I've added on the no-babies Saturday BB class on the Danforth. Recently I completed the Bellies Run! Bootcamp as well.
What results have you experienced?
This is the longest stretch I've ever worked out! I feel stronger, faster and less stressed.
How do you stay active outside of BB?
I chase 2 boys around and go for the occasional run.
What is your #1 fitness goal now?
I'd like to run a 5 km and be able to do 50 push ups.
Fave healthy food?
Any kind of salad and anything barbecued.
Fave BB exercise?
Plank or running.
Exercise you want to punch in the face?
Frog jumps or push ups.
Last splurge food or drink?
Beer and brownies last night. Totally worth it.
