Meghan has been training with BB in Mississauga for just a few months but she's already won us over with her die-hard discipline. She's one of our biggest fans, posting tons of photos of her runs & BB classes on Instagram so we can share her progress. And progress she does - after two c-sections she is a lean, mean, running & bootcamping machine. Thanks, Meghan!

What brought you to BB? How long did you train?

A friend of mine went to a trial and said the workout was a bit "intense" for her -- which meant it would be just PERFECT for me! This was early November, when my son was just 2 months old, and I am absolutely hooked!

What results have you experienced?

Since starting BB twice a week in early November 2013, I have lost 11.5 total body inches! After my 2nd c-section I thought it would be virtually impossible to get rid of my "pooch" -- but Belly Bootcamp has proven me wrong!

How do you stay active outside of BB?

I run 2-3 days a week. (I'm a run coach outside of BB.)

What is your #1 fitness goal now?

To lose the remaining pregnancy pounds, increase my strength and endurance, and have a personal best at the Mississauga marathon in May 2014.

Fave healthy food?

My family and I recently transitioned to paleo meals Monday-Friday and I would have to say my favourite healthy food is a "toss up" between sweet potato chips and cauliflower mash!

Fave BB exercise?

Partner exercises with the resistance bands.

Exercise you want to punch in the face?

Burpees and push-ups.

Last splurge food or drink?

Chocolate covered almonds.
