Meet Jo from our Leslieville location! Jo joined us shortly after her daughter's birth and has been training twice per week ever since. Jo is a natural leader in every class and we love her indomitable spirit -- she works just as hard whether baby is happily napping or strapped to her in a carrier, and she's always up for a challenge. Thanks, Jo!

What brought you to BB? How long did you train?

I came to BB for a trial class when Ellie was seven weeks old and have been training twice a week since. Ellie is almost a year now.

What results have you experienced?

I feel stronger and have learned more about post-baby training. I have found I crave my BB workouts as they set the tone for my week.

How do you stay active outside of BB?

Outside of BB I try to go for a jog with my baby and dog a couple (or once) time(s) a week. I also do the occasional youtube workout video if I have enough energy at the end of the day.

What is your #1 fitness goal now?

To lose the weight I still have that I didn't before Ellie.

Fave healthy food?

Homemade soup on a cold day. And pineapple anytime.

Fave BB exercise?

The lower body exercises!

Exercise you want to punch in the face?

I HATE side plank.

Last splurge food or drink?

Guinness.
