Cherry has been training at our Bloor West location since she started prenatal exercise in her second trimester but she's always been active. You have to respect a woman who keeps boxing into her 9th month of pregnancy. Cherry is expecting her baby any day now and we can't wait to see what she is capable of in postpartum. Thanks, Cherry! You rock.

What brought you to BB? How long did you train?

When I found out I was pregnant I signed up for BB and it was the perfect program for me. I've been training for four months with BB.

What results have you experienced?

I felt stronger and more active since BB became my Saturday routine.

How do you stay active outside of BB?

I signed up for prenatal aqua fit once per week and walk as much as I can every day. I also continue light training with my spouse (I was boxing at the beginning of my pregnancy).

What is your #1 fitness goal now?

To stay strong and fit before and after the delivery.

Fave healthy food?

I love to munch on veggies, especially baby carrots, cherry tomatoes and cucumber, and I also take a protein shake every day aside from meat and fruits.

Fave BB exercise?

Speed skaters for flutes, squats and all exercises using the resistance band.

Exercise you want to punch in the face?

Nothing I can think of. I like all the exercises. (Want a job, Cherry?...)

Last splurge food or drink?

Ice cream!
