Brea H. trains with her third son at our Mississauga location, JC Saddington Park, and trained at the High Park location after her first and second. Thanks for sharing, Brea! We are impressed.

What brought you to BB? How long did you train?

When my oldest son was about 8 weeks old, I realized that I was ready to get out of the house and get moving. A simple, and yet very successful 'google' search led me straight to the Belly Bootcamp website. The following week, I started attending in High Park and I knew I loved BB immediately. I loved the trainers, the workouts, the other mommies, the babies and being outdoors. After my first son, I trained with BB for 14 months, and I rejoined BB shortly after having my second son Grayson for another 11 months. Most recently, after having my third son Maxwell, I'm training with BB again! In total, I've been training with Belly Bootcamp for 27 months over the past four years!

What results did you experience?

After each baby, I was able to safely and quickly drop the extra pounds while dramatically increasing my cardiovascular endurance, strength, stamina and flexibility. I honestly believe that after completing my first two bootcamp experiences, I found myself to be more physically fit then prior to having children. After baby number three, in only 12 weeks, I'm already well on my way to regaining that physically fit, healthy self that I know BB will bring me. Belly Bootcamp has also given me the opportunity to meet and become friends with some amazing moms and trainers.

How do you stay active outside of BB?

Chasing three boys, ages four and under! As a family, we do lots of walking, running, hiking, and swimming.

What is your #1 fitness goal now?

I would love to be able to run again. After having my first son, I joined BB's Bellies Run! Bootcamp in addition to Bellies and Strollers, and the results really surprised me. I can't wait to be able to run like that again!

Fave healthy food?

Fresh fruit. I can't get enough of it!

Fave exercise?

It's a toss up between push ups and plank.

Exercise you want to punch in the face?

Frog jumps. Definitely frog jumps.

Last splurge food or drink?

Tasting just about every single sweet from the sweet treats table at a bridal shower that I helped host. My co-host was a professional baker and she made the most incredible cupcakes that I have ever tasted, along with a few other sweet treats!
