We challenge you to commit this January to 30 workouts in 30 days: one workout each day from January 2nd through January 31st. Kick off the year with a bang and establish the healthy habits that will carry you through your best year ever!


One lucky BB fan will win a whole month of BB classes FREE! Here's how to enter:

1. Complete a workout (minimum 10 minutes) or attend a BB class.

2. Snap a selfie or workout photo.

3. Post to Instagram, Facebook, and/or Twitter with the hashtag #BB30in30 & tag us @bellybootcamp.

Every post is an entry! Winner will be announced next month.
